Bosch Refused to Honor Warranty on Faulty Blender Set Despite Repeated Service Issues

I bought a Bosch blender set, but after the return process was completed, it failed to work under even minimal strain. We sent it to the service center, which returned it saying everything was fine. However, when we used it again later, the same issue persisted. We contacted the service again, showing a video of the problem, and they took it back, claiming to have fixed a slip in the gear. After another break, the blender had the same issue under light use, so we returned it once more. Nearly a year has passed, most of it spent with the blender going back and forth to the service center. Now they say the warranty is void, blaming the issue on water exposure damaging the gear. This claim is baseless, as 1. We never washed any electrical, electronic, or mechanical parts of the device. 2. The gear is mechanical, not electronic. 3. Water reaching the gear indicates an insulation fault, not user error, as minimal water exposure should not damage the gear in such a short time. Bosch should take responsibility for this issue and replace the faulty product with a new one. Otherwise, I will pursue all necessary channels to assert my rights, and I submit this to your attention.

The product with a manufacturing defect has chronic issues. Look at the complaints; the site is full of the same gear malfunction complaint, but they avoid taking responsibility. I have started to seek my rights through legal means.
