On October 21, while using my Karaca Orion Stainless Steel Vacuum Flask, I experienced a serious issue. Just 2–3 seconds after pouring hot water into the flask and closing the lid, it exploded, causing the hot water to splash onto my face, hand, and knee. I suffered redness in those areas; while not full burns, they are still stinging. I purchased the product about 2–3 weeks ago from the Karaca store at Kayseri Forum and have the receipt, though it’s not with me at the moment. After this incident, I no longer feel safe using the product. Since it posed a risk to my health, I request a refund and urgent assistance regarding this matter.
