Karaca Sold Me a Plazma Stelle Cookware Set Unsafe for Food Use

I bought the Karaca Plazma Stelle Series cookware set because I trusted the brand and the claim that it didn't have any dangerous chemicals like PFAS in it. But when I washed the pots before using them for the first time, the black paint-like coating on the inside came off completely on my hands. This plainly reveals that the product is not safe to touch food and could hurt people. As a parent of a young child, I'm quite worried that cooking in this pot could put my family in danger of significant health problems, like poisoning. This has made me less sure about the brand and made me think that they didn't care about the safety of their customers. I want an official assessment on the quality of the product, a refund, and compensation for the trouble and any risk it caused. If you don't give me a solution, I'll take the issue to the Consumer Arbitration Board and the relevant authorities.
