DHL Charges Customs on €25 Product Despite Not Including Shipping
I'm very frustrated with how DHL handled my latest shipment. I paid €25 for the product, but when it came, DHL said I had to pay customs charges because the shipping cost was included in that amount. This is confusing because when I bought the thing, I was not told that shipping would be included in the price.
DHL has not given clear or correct information, especially about customs fees. Customer service is useless and doesn't clearly explain the rules, which has left me confused and facing unexpected fees.
This lack of openness is not okay. I want a complete explanation and answer because I shouldn’t have to pay extra for something that wasn’t clearly explained to me when I bought it.
