Canceled Jobleads Subscription but Still Billed Full Price

I took advantage of a Jobleads GmbH membership discount and signed up for $1 instead of $16. Even though I canceled my membership afterward, the full membership fee of $16 was still charged to my account. This company is clearly misleading.

Even though I canceled, I continue to receive emails from them. They also do not respond to any of my emails. I would appreciate any assistance. Garanti Bank has not provided any notification or support regarding this charge either.
