Unauthorized Jobleads Premium Charge Hit My Disabled Card

I signed up for a free trial with the Jobleads company and paid about $13 for the trial period. Today, on January 1, 2025, even though the mail-order feature on my credit card was disabled, $14 was charged to my credit card ending in 3031 through an online transaction for a Premium membership without my knowledge or consent.

I would never have known about this charge unless I checked my account. I have now canceled my membership. I urgently request that the amount charged be refunded back to my credit card. This is unjust profit, and I am asking you to correct it immediately.
