Jobleads Auto-Renewed My Trial and Charged €69.90 Without Approval

On 04/08/2025, I signed up for a 14-day trial membership on the Jobleads platform using my @gmail.com email address and paid €2.99 through PayPal. I only used the service for one day and did not use it at all after the trial period ended. However, on 08/19/2025, without my knowledge or authorization, my trial membership was automatically converted into a paid subscription and €69.90 was charged to my account (Invoice No: 2665928).

There was no clear or understandable disclosure stating that the membership would automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial. For this reason, I did not consent to any recurring payment, nor did I continue using the service. I contacted Jobleads by email to request both cancellation of my membership and a refund of the charge, but I did not receive any response.

I believe this practice is misleading and unfair to customers. My account is currently canceled. I am requesting a full refund of the €69.90 charge and confirmation that any future automatic payments linked to my account have been permanently canceled. I ask that this matter be resolved urgently.
