Jobleads Charged My Card Twice for Premium Without Consent
I signed up for a free trial with the Jobleads company and paid about $1 for the trial period. Despite not having a Premium membership, two charges of roughly $14 each were taken from my credit card on March 31, 2025 and April 28, 2025 through online transactions—even though the mail order function on my credit card was disabled. These charges were for Premium membership without my consent or authorization.
I also want to cancel my Basic membership, but the site keeps blocking me from doing so. I urgently request that the amounts charged be refunded back to my credit card. I never want my name associated with this company again, and I am reporting my complaint to all relevant authorities. Please stop this unfair practice immediately.
