Jobleads Charged Me $13 Without Consent and Upgraded My Account

03 November 2025 — While I was on a free trial with the Jobleads site, a charge of roughly $13 was taken from my credit card and my account was upgraded to Premium without my approval or knowledge. This was done without any notification or consent, and it has caused me to be negatively affected. I tried to contact the support team to request cancellation of the membership and a refund, but I received no response and could not reach any support channels.

My membership is registered under d*******@gmail.com**. I request that the unauthorized Premium membership be canceled immediately and the amount charged be refunded to me.
