If JobLeads won’t cancel your subscription and you want to stop auto-renewal and get a refund;

Check where it’s billed;

• Look at your bank/card statement
• Note the merchant name, amount, and date
• Confirm if it’s billed directly by JobLeads or via app stores

Cancel in the right place;

• JobLeads website:
– Log in → Account → Subscription / Billing → Cancel subscription
• Make sure it shows Canceled / Will not renew
• Take a screenshot as proof

Confirm cancellation worked;

• Check email (including Spam) for a cancellation confirmation
• Check subscription status again after a few minutes

Contact JobLeads Support immediately;

• State auto-renewal continues despite cancellation
• Provide:
– Account email
– Screenshots of cancellation status
– Dates of unwanted charges
• Ask them to:
– Disable auto-renewal on their backend
– Refund the recent renewal charge

If they refuse or delay;

Consider posting a complaint on Xolvie to push for resolution and get support.
