Canceled Jobleads Subscription but Still Charged Full Price
“I took advantage of a Jobleads GmbH membership discount and signed up for $1 instead of $16. Even though I canceled afterward, the full membership fee of $16 was still charged to my account. This company is clearly misleading. I continue to receive emails from them even though my membership has been canceled.”
Unfortunately, I experienced the same issue. There is an international complaint website called econsumer.gov, and I submitted my complaint there. I hope something comes of it.
