JBL Tune Flex Left Earbud Not Charging – No Light, No Response

I am using the JBL Tune Flex, and my left earbud won’t charge at all—the light doesn’t even blink. Meanwhile, the right earbud works perfectly with no issues.

I tried resetting the earbuds, but that didn’t work. I also attempted troubleshooting through the JBL app, but it didn’t help either. In some cases, when I fully charge the case, the left earbud starts working again, but most of the time, it refuses to charge no matter what I do.

This is extremely frustrating! JBL, I need a solution immediately—whether it's a fix, replacement, or proper troubleshooting steps. A premium product should not have these issues so soon. How can I resolve this?
