I bought the JBL Tune Flex 2 earbuds expecting a smooth, high-quality experience, but I haven’t even been able to use them properly since the day I opened the box. From the very beginning, the app refuses to connect to the headphones. This isn’t a one-time glitch—it’s a persistent issue. Even though my phone successfully pairs with the earbuds via Bluetooth, I can't hear any media audio through them. They only show as connected, but that’s it—no sound, no function.

I’ve tried every possible fix: reinstalled the app multiple times, checked all Bluetooth and audio output settings, reset the headphones, and even tried them on a different phone. Nothing worked. The JBL app simply won’t connect, and the headphones won’t switch to media mode. Right now, they’re completely unusable.

For a product that costs well over ₺1000, this is unacceptable. I chose JBL because of its reputation, but this has been nothing but a disappointment. I demand a fix or a full refund. JBL needs to acknowledge this widespread issue and provide immediate support to affected customers.
