Karaca Trousseau Set Return Refused
I purchased a trousseau set from the Karaca store in Balıkesir 10 Burada AVM on 19 April 2026. I am having a serious problem with the return process and I believe my legal right of withdrawal is being delayed. The store staff informed me that they do not accept returns. Afterwards, I contacted Karaca via WhatsApp and I was told that the return would be accepted if I returned the entire trousseau set. Based on this information, I transported the whole set back to the store, even though the products are very heavy. However, the store staff again said that they do not accept returns and that Karaca must first send them an instruction that they can take the return. They also stated that they cannot keep such a large and heavy set in the store and they did not make any effort to resolve my grievance. In addition, the products they sent were defective many times and I had to constantly deal with carrying this heavy set in order to reach a faultless product. At this point, I am completely tired of this process and I do not want to continue trying to change defective products. I request that the full price of the trousseau set be refunded to me without any deductions and that this refund be carried out without further delay in order to compensate for the victimization caused by the store and the inconsistent information given by different Karaca channels.
I have never seen such a stalling, a company that does not stand behind the product it sells. On 09.05.2026 I was called by Karaca customer service; they told me they had contacted the Karaca store in the mall and that the store would get back to me. Today is 15.05.2026 and there is still no one calling or asking. All they do is stall people and prolong the process. From now on I will not shop from this brand, and anyone who reads what I wrote and says "I would like to suffer" can go ahead. Not only is no solution offered, but Karaca customer service is unreachable. You call and talk to an answering machine, and after days, if they feel like it, they graciously call you back. Then another series of dead ends. My first complaint on Şikayetvar remained unresolved; I am truly shocked.
I sent the items I bought from the Karaca store in the mall by courier to start the return process. Since May 19, I have neither the products nor the refund. Even though the items are not in my possession, I keep paying the installments. I've never seen such disorganization. When I call the Karaca line, they tell me they'll get back to me and then hang up. I need a solution urgently. This situation has become very frustrating.
