JBL Wave 100 TWS App Problem
I have a pair of JBL Wave 100 headphones that are giving me trouble. These headphones are not listed in the JBL Headphones app, and oddly, the Wave 100 TWS model is not listed at all. I've tried numerous times to solve this problem on my own but to no avail. I respectfully request your assistance in resolving this situation. I humbly request that you contact me as soon as possible. I am confident that the customer service team can play a critical role in resolving this problem. In a world that is heavily reliant on technology, prompt and efficient support is critical. I'm hoping that JBL's customer service can assist me in regaining the full functionality of my headphones via the app.
