JBL Wireless Headset Battery Drains too Quickly and Replacement Does Not Charge

Since the day I received my product, I have faced many issues, but I was able to find a solution when I wrote on this page. In my first complaint, I mentioned that the headset's batteries were draining too quickly. The issue was promptly resolved with a replacement. However, in my second complaint, the replacement product I received was incompatible with charging, and I couldn't charge the battery. I was told that no problem was found. I am not satisfied and would like to request a return. It seems that there is a chronic issue with your products.
