JBL Clip 3 Not Working, Unresolved Warranty Issue

Five days ago, I purchased a JBL Clip 3 in 2022. After using it twice, it only turns on when connected to the charger and doesn't work when disconnected. I don't remember where I bought it from and couldn't find the receipt. When I contacted the company, they said that without a warranty document, it wouldn't be covered under warranty and would require payment for repairs. I'm left with a product I intentionally and willingly purchased that doesn't function properly. Recently, I received a call from Aztek Teknoloji. I had previously informed them multiple times that I couldn't locate the purchase details or the receipt. They asked me to withdraw my complaint or mark it as resolved on the complaint platform. Then, they requested me to send the product to them via shipping at my own expense. Now, they are returning the product, claiming that it wasn't received from us, and asking me to pay for the return shipping. Is this how a company operates, without examining the product's issue? There is absolutely no trust in JBL and Aztek Teknoloji.
