I have been using my JBL Soundgear TWC earbuds for about one year, and recently the charging port burned out, making it impossible to charge or use the product. This issue is clearly not due to misuse but rather a failure that occurred during normal use. I purchased the earbuds through Trendyol.

After the charging port burned out, I contacted Trendyol, explained the situation, and requested support, but I did not receive any effective response or solution. Considering that the charging port failed after about a year of normal use, I find this situation unacceptable.

I request an immediate full refund for the JBL Soundgear TWC earbuds and expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible. If no solution is provided, I will exercise my consumer rights through legal channels, including filing complaints with the prosecutor’s office and pursuing action through the courts, and I will seek resolution through all available legal remedies.
