JBL Tune 230 NC TWS And Tune Flex Right Earbud Issues With No Resolution

I first purchased the JBL Tune 230 NC TWS earbuds. I had an issue with this product because the right earbud was not charging, and the product was replaced. After the replacement, I was given the JBL Tune Flex model. However, I encountered a different problem with this one as well. When I first received the JBL Tune Flex, the sound level of both earbuds was normal, but over time the overall volume decreased, and especially the right earbud began producing noticeably lower sound compared to the left. This issue became clearly noticeable around November 17, and since then I haven’t been able to use the earbuds comfortably. Even though I contacted the customer service about the problems I’ve experienced, no solution was offered and I did not receive any concrete response. Having a charging issue with the first earbuds, then experiencing a sound problem with the replacement, and still not being provided with a solution has caused me significant inconvenience. Due to the issues I have faced with both the JBL Tune 230 NC TWS and the JBL Tune Flex, I am requesting a product replacement that will permanently resolve the problem. I want my grievance to be addressed and the process concluded with a device I can use without any issues.
