JBL Tune Flex The Left Bud Turns Off Itself, Tries to Reconnect

I had previously purchased JBL wireless earphones from Media Markt. Due to the battery draining issue, they were replaced with the JBL Tune Flex model. However, in less than two months, the left earphone started to turn off on its own, occasionally reconnects by itself, and it seems the left earphone is not charging, providing an amateurish experience. I received it from Media Markt with the shipment record T088-30884-R-C. I am at the point of frustration and cannot understand how such a global brand can market its products in this manner. I urgently request a solution and support to resolve my grievance.

I took the headphones to the Marmara Park MediaMarkt store, explained the issue, and they immediately gave me a new pair. I'm truly grateful to JBL for standing behind their product."
