I had previously purchased JBL wireless earphones from Media Markt. Due to the battery draining issue, they were replaced with the JBL Tune Flex model. However, in less than two months, the left earphone started to turn off on its own, occasionally reconnects by itself, and it seems the left earphone is not charging, providing an amateurish experience. I received it from Media Markt with the shipment record T088-30884-R-C. I am at the point of frustration and cannot understand how such a global brand can market its products in this manner.
