Persistent Charging and Speaker Issues with My JBL T100
I bought a JBL T100 headset and have been facing persistent issues with charging. I submitted it for service, but they sent it back insisting that there was no problem. Currently, there are issues with the connectivity and the speaker is no longer functioning properly. I'm extremely unhappy and believe that my money was completely squandered. They seem to be avoiding the problem at hand. I would like to request a full replacement. Must I continue to endure this?
