I bought my JBL 510BT headphones about 11 months ago, and a month ago they suddenly started showing incorrect battery levels every time I turned them on. At first, I thought the issue might be with my phone, but I also noticed that the battery was draining much faster than before. I even tried pairing the headphones with another device, but the problem remained the same. Although the product is advertised with a 40-hour battery life, it now runs out of charge in just 4 hours and charges to full in only 30 minutes. This clearly shows a serious battery defect that developed well before the warranty expired. I am requesting a replacement.
