IQ Academy Unauthorised Debit From My Account - How to Get My Refund!

I am writing regarding unauthorised debits from IQ Academy that have been going off my Capitec debit account without any valid agreement or permission from my side. The first debit started on 31 October, even though I have never concluded any contract or accepted any terms with IQ Academy. Since these deductions started, I have tried to get hold of IQ Academy but have been unable to reach them, so I have not received any explanation or proof of any agreement that would justify these charges. I request that all amounts debited by IQ Academy from my Capitec debit account be fully refunded and that these debits be stopped immediately. I would also like written confirmation that no further deductions will be processed against my account without my explicit consent.
