I Got Charged Multiple Times by Cerebrum IQ Without Consent


I noticed that three separate payments were taken from my account by Cerebrum IQ, as shown in the attached screenshot. I only authorized one of them—the first transaction at the beginning of this month. The other two payments were made without my knowledge or consent.
I never approved these additional charges and was not notified about them beforehand. I didn’t sign up for any ongoing subscription, nor did I receive any email confirmation or explanation. This feels like a clear case of unauthorized billing.
I’m requesting an immediate cancellation of any active subscription tied to my account and a full refund for the extra payments that were taken without permission.
