On 12/12/2025, this amount was debited from my account without my clear authorization, and I consider this operation abusive. I did not agree to any payment of 29.99 euros, nor was I duly informed that the online IQ test would result in this charge. There was no transparent information about costs or a clear consent process for such a transaction. I request the full refund of the 29.99 euros that have been charged without my authorization and the immediate cancellation of any possible subscription or recurring charge linked to this operation, so that no further unauthorized debits are made. I expect MiIQ to process this refund as soon as possible and to confirm that no additional charges will be applied in the future.
