If IQ Academy keeps debiting your account and you never received your assignment results;
Contact IQ Academy support with a clear escalation;
• State that payments are still being debited despite not receiving assignment results or promised services
• Provide your full name, registered email, student/account ID, and the dates and amounts of all charges
• Specify which assignments were submitted, when they were submitted, and that no results or feedback were delivered
Ask them to;
• Confirm why assignment results were never provided
• Explain on what basis they continue charging without delivering the service
• Cancel your subscription/enrollment immediately
• Stop all future payments and confirm this in writing
• Refund charges taken during the period where no results or service were provided
If payments continue or support stops responding;
• Save all invoices, bank statements, emails, and screenshots
• File a complaint on Xolvie to report unauthorized debits and missing academic results and seek help stopping payments and recovering your money
