Myiq’s website stated that the IQ test required a one-time payment. Trusting this information, I went to the site and made the payment from my account. However, on November 29, 2025, another $29 was withdrawn from my account without my knowledge or consent.
I paid with my debit card, and after this unauthorized charge, I contacted my bank and canceled my card. I’ve seen many negative complaints about this company online, and I’m sure I won’t be able to reach anyone responsible.
I request that the unauthorized $29 withdrawn without my knowledge or approval be refunded to me as soon as possible.
