If your bank account is still being charged by IQ Academy after you stopped studying, it’s likely because the recurring subscription wasn’t properly cancelled and the contract allows monthly debits until cancellation is confirmed.
IQ Academy’s terms state your payment method can be charged repeatedly until you cancel the subscription in your account settings.
To fix this, log into your IQ Academy account, go to Account/Billing → Subscription, and hit Cancel; you should get a confirmation email once it’s done.
If charges continue, contact their support directly and ask for the cancellation reference; if money was taken after cancellation and you didn’t receive service, request a refund in writing.
