Unauthorised High Withdrawal from myIQ After One-Time Test

On September 27, 2025, I purchased a one-time IQ test on the myIQ site. Today I discovered a withdrawal from my account. During the purchase I was given no notice of any subscription or recurring payment, and I certainly never approved one. The withdrawal from my İş Bankası debit card has caused me real hardship.
I tried contacting myIQ customer service but couldn’t find any way to reach them. Charging me for a single test without my permission or any clear agreement is unacceptable. I demand an immediate refund of the full amount and that the unauthorised payment be reversed.
