iPhone 16 Pro Max Touchscreen Issues—Apps Freezing Frequently

I recently purchased the iPhone 16 Pro Max, but I’ve been experiencing consistent touchscreen issues. When using apps, the back arrow often freezes, forcing me to tap it at least four times before it responds. For a device that cost ₺100,000, this kind of malfunction is unacceptable.
If this issue isn’t resolved soon, I will have no choice but to send the phone in for warranty service. I expect Apple to address this problem promptly and provide a fix or an explanation. A phone of this caliber should not have such basic usability issues. I need urgent assistance to restore the performance I expected when purchasing this high-end device.

In version 18.2, Apple didn't make any fixes related to touch issues. I guess no one else is bothered by it, but I've really gotten fed up with the phone and am thinking of selling it because if the touch doesn't work in apps, the phone is useless to me. As an Apple user, I think Apple might only fix this issue next year. Honestly, I can't return the phone, so I'll either take it to service or sell it. Will I buy Apple again? Never.


I got same issue (as a pre-order buyer) there is nothing from Apple yet, iOS 18.2.1 update.
