My iPhone 14 Pro Max suddenly started displaying a "Cellular Data Error" message, making it unusable. On November 26, 2024, I took it to the Genius Bar at Apple Zorlu Center, explained the issue, and handed it in for service. They acknowledged the problem, registered the complaint, and told me to return in 10 days to pick it up.
When I got my phone back, the issue seemed resolved, but they provided a written statement claiming they found no problems. However, as soon as I went into an underground parking lot, the error returned immediately. On December 10, 2024, I brought the phone back again. This time, they witnessed the issue firsthand, took photos, and promised to escalate it to engineers.
After another 10-day wait, I picked up my phone, only to find that the error was still there. Once again, they gave me a report stating there was no issue found, and no repairs were made. I still cannot use my phone, and the cellular data issue persists!
My warranty is still active, and I have not been charged for these service visits, but this is unacceptable. Apple, either repair or replace my device immediately! I will not go through this a third time just to receive a phone that remains broken. Has anyone else dealt with this issue? I expect a real solution!
