iPhone 15 Pro Max Back Glass Shows Spots, Apple Refuses to Resolve

My black iPhone 15 Pro Max, which is under warranty until 2026, has visible spots on the back glass. I took it to Zorlu Apple, where they claimed the issue was caused by my case and not a manufacturing defect. However, I’m using the original case sold by Apple, yet they refuse to take responsibility.
It feels like they’re dismissing my concerns rather than offering a proper solution. As a loyal Apple customer, I expect better service and accountability for their products.
I demand Apple resolve this issue by addressing the defect under warranty. Ignoring the problem and blaming the customer is not acceptable for a premium brand. Please take this matter seriously.
