Apple Sold Me a Defective iPhone 14 and Delayed Service for Over a Month

I bought a brand-new iPhone 14 on 13.11.2024, but the device turned out to be defective. They sold me a faulty product. Two days later, I took it to the technical service, where they confirmed with a report that the phone was broken and defective. When I returned to the store for an exchange, they sent the phone I had just purchased to Apple’s technical service instead of replacing it. It has been a month, and I still have no updates about my phone. They keep delaying the process, leaving me without a device. Apple does not seem to stand by its product, selling defective phones and forcing customers to deal with lengthy service processes. I want this issue resolved as soon as possible.
