iPhone 13 Speaker Malfunction—Apple Service Fails to Resolve Issue
I purchased a brand-new iPhone 13 on 29/04/2024, but I’ve been facing a recurring issue with the speaker. During calls, the sound malfunctions, making it impossible to communicate effectively. I took the device to Apple service, where their team acknowledged the problem, yet no resolution has been offered.
I have always been a loyal Apple customer and appreciated their quality, but this experience has been extremely disappointing. After months of back-and-forth visits to the service center, I am at my wit's end.
I am requesting a proper resolution—either a replacement device or a full refund. Apple must prioritize customer satisfaction and address this issue promptly.
