Apple Returned My iPhone 16 With Major Repairs Instead of Replacing It
The iPhone 16 I purchased about 25 days ago encountered serious issues in a very short time, such as not charging and failing to verify updates, and eventually broke down. After sending my phone to the technical service, it was returned to me following a review and repair, during which the screen and mid-system of the device were completely replaced. However, this has been a major disappointment for me. A device I recently bought as brand new and paid full price for exhibiting such severe malfunctions and being returned to me almost entirely "tampered with" has seriously shaken my confidence as a consumer. When I requested a product replacement, my request was denied. This situation has made me feel as though I am using a second-hand device despite having purchased a new one. The device no longer being in a "brand new" condition increases my concerns about facing additional problems in the future. Under Consumer Rights, I request that my grievance be resolved and that my rightful demand for a product replacement be fulfilled as soon as possible. Additionally, my repaired phone now shows that its warranty period will expire in 2025, which is another issue of concern.
