iPhone 14 Randomly Shuts Down – Service Can’t Fix the Issue

I purchased an iPhone 14 seven months ago, and it has been randomly shutting down and restarting throughout the day, making it completely unusable. I sent it to service three times, and I have all the service reports as proof. However, on the last attempt, the phone was returned with a report stating “no repair performed”, which is unacceptable.

Apple Support keeps insisting that I send the phone back to service, but the issue remains unresolved. This is clearly a manufacturing defect, and I even provided video proof of the malfunction. I no longer trust this device, and I refuse to go through this cycle again. I demand a full replacement immediately.
