Requesting Refund After Investing App Didn’t Meet Subscription Expectations

On Monday, December 29, 2025, I purchased a subscription to the Investing app through the App Store and paid $42 in a single charge using my credit card. My purpose in subscribing was to track real-time stock prices. However, after purchasing the subscription, I realized that the data shown in the system is delayed by approximately 15 minutes, which makes it completely unsuitable for my intended use.

When I tried to cancel the subscription, I searched extensively within the mobile app but could not find any option to cancel the subscription. While subscribing is extremely easy, making cancellation almost impossible has caused me serious frustration. Since there is no live support available on the site, I was only able to contact them via email.

Yesterday, I emailed Investing.com requesting that my subscription be canceled and that a refund be issued. I was told that the issue would be resolved within 24 hours, but nearly 48 hours have passed and no action has been taken, nor has any concrete solution been provided. I am extremely dissatisfied with Investing.com’s approach, both because the cancellation process is so difficult and because they failed to respond within the promised timeframe.

I am requesting that the 15-minute delay in stock price data be fixed, or, if this is not possible, that my subscription be canceled immediately and that the $42 charged to my credit card be refunded. I ask that the inconvenience I have experienced be resolved as a matter of urgency.
