Yesterday, I purchased an annual Investing Pro subscription on Investing.com using my credit card. The email address registered to my membership is h************@outlook.com**. After creating my account, I changed my password, but from that moment on, I have been unable to log in to my account from either a web browser or the mobile app.
When I try to log in, the system says that a verification code has been sent to my email address and asks me to enter it. However, I never receive this verification code. Regular notification emails from Investing.com do arrive in my inbox, and I also check my spam/junk folder regularly, but no email containing a verification code is received.
Because of this issue, I am completely unable to access or use the annual Investing Pro subscription that I paid for. I contacted your support team by email regarding this problem, but I have not yet received a response. My support request number is 938869.
Since I cannot log in to my account and have not been able to use the service at all, I am requesting that my Investing Pro annual subscription be canceled and that the full amount I paid be refunded to me.
