I Can’t Cancel My InvestingPro Subscription Despite Multiple Attempts
About a month ago, I signed up for an InvestingPro subscription through my computer and completed the payment without any issues. However, after the most recent billing cycle, I decided to cancel the subscription. That’s where the real problem began.
I’ve tried to cancel it both through the app and directly on the website, but every attempt has failed. The system either doesn’t register the cancellation request or loops me back to the same menu with no confirmation. As a result, I’m stuck in a subscription I no longer want, and there’s no clear way out.
It shouldn’t be this difficult to manage your own account settings. I want this subscription canceled immediately, and I expect no further charges from this point forward. This process needs to be transparent and user-friendly—right now, it feels deliberately confusing.
