
I attempted to open a current account through ING Mobile on October 20, 2023. Despite entering all of the required information, I received an error and was redirected to the nearest branch. I went to the Kadikoy Alt Yol Branch, where they began by asking about the purpose of the account and then proceeded with a series of irrelevant questions. They eventually informed me that they would be unable to assist me. What options do I have if I can't open an account through the mobile app and the branches are also unable to assist? In this digital age, such a banking approach is unacceptable.
