VakıfBank Mobile App Customer Signup Failure

On November 4, 2025, I attempted to become a customer through the VakıfBank mobile app, but the process was interrupted ...and left incomplete. I then called customer service and was told I couldn’t proceed remotely and needed to visit a branch instead. When I asked the representative what the issue wa
