Applying for a ₺20,000 loan with zero interest was completely deceptive! I successfully submitted my application using my mobile device and it was approved. Nevertheless, while transferring funds to my account, I, like many others, had to switch between the mobile app, branch, and customer service. Regrettably, the funds were unable to be transferred into my account. Upon my visit to the branch, I was instructed to reach out to customer service. However, customer service mentioned that if they were to handle the transaction, it would be subject to the prevailing interest rates. Meanwhile, I kept encountering an error on the mobile app that prevented me from completing the transaction. Unfortunately, the bank is giving out inaccurate information in order to attract more customers. I would like to know how to address this problem or where I can file a complaint. From the complaints I've come across, it seems that the bank has not provided any response. It's unlikely that they will respond. I find this situation to be completely unacceptable.
