ING Bank Kept My Old Number in Their System Causing Major Issues With My Loan

ING Bank is unbelievably frustrating. I had my number and account closed a while ago, and naturally, I expected my number to be removed from their system. Despite my request, the person handling the process didn’t delete my number, and now it’s still in the system. Last week, I took out a loan through Hepsiburada, but I can’t log into the app because my old number is showing up. I live in Van, and they’re telling me I have to go to a branch in Diyarbakır to resolve this. They won’t send me a card or give any information about the loan unless I go there. It’s absurd! I can’t believe this level of incompetence. Why wasn’t my number properly deleted? I’ve been struggling for a week now, and no one helps.
