For about six months, ING Bank’s Bakırköy Branch has been regularly deducting fees for transfer and FAST transactions from my pension account. While other banks do not charge any fees for transfers or FAST transactions from pension accounts, encountering these charges at ING Bank has caused me significant inconvenience. Moreover, I was never informed about these fees. Since physical branches have been removed, I am forced to withdraw money from ING’s partner bank ATMs, such as Akbank and İş Bankası. Although I rarely use Akbank ATMs, I have experienced various issues when withdrawing money from İş Bankası ATMs. However, I have been unable to report these problems because it’s impossible to reach a live customer representative at ING Bank. I have tried multiple times through the bank’s live chat support, but I am always met with an automated AI system and can never reach a real person. In a previous phone call with a customer representative, I also had a very negative experience, and since then, my trust in ING Bank has completely disappeared. I request a refund of all transfer and FAST fees deducted from my pension account and a clear explanation regarding these charges. Due to these negative experiences, I also wish to terminate all my relations with the bank.
