Garanti BBVA Deducted ₺1,095 for a Pension Plan Without My Consent

An amount of ₺1,095 was deducted from my account by Garanti Bank without my knowledge or consent, allegedly for a private pension plan. Upon contacting the private pension unit, I was informed that I had been enrolled in the plan in 2016 when opening my account. However, no deductions were made from my account in the past 8 years. This sudden deduction, triggered after the first deposit into my account 8 years later, is both shocking and legally questionable. When I requested the cancellation of the plan and a refund, I was told that the amount would be recorded as an administrative fee, and no refund would be provided. I find this action unacceptable, as it is based on a contract initiated without my knowledge or consent. I demand an immediate refund of the deducted amount. If the issue is not resolved, I will escalate it to the Consumer Arbitration Board and other relevant authorities. Additionally, if this matter remains unresolved, I will terminate my relationship with Garanti Bank. I urge you to address this issue promptly.
