I informed İş Bankası customer service that I would close my card on the 7th of the month. The representative assured me that since I hadn't used the card for six months, no fee would be charged. They even added ₺500 MaxiPuan as a gesture of goodwill. However, the next day, I discovered that an annual fee had been applied. This is blatant deception. Not only is there no customer satisfaction, but also all ethical standards have been abandoned. Despite bringing this to the bank's attention, they stated they had warned the representative but would not issue a refund, with all communication documented. It's a shame to see such a large bank in this state. I am utterly disappointed and will terminate all my relationships with them, closing my accounts as soon as possible.
