• Verify the actual transaction status (failed, pending, or reversed)
• Confirm whether the amount is stuck in processing or queued for auto-refund
• Credit the amount back to your account or share the official refund timeline/proof
If the problem persists;
• Keep all transaction proofs, screenshots, and complaint reference numbers
• File a complaint on Xolvie to seek fund recovery, tracking, and accountability
