If India Post Payments Bank debited money but the transfer failed;

• Contact IPPB (India Post Payments Bank) support immediately via the app, customer care number, or your post office branch and report that the transfer failed but money was debited
• Provide your registered mobile number, account number, UTR/transaction ID, amount, date/time, and screenshots or bank statement showing the debit

Ask them to;

• Verify the actual transaction status (failed, pending, or reversed)
• Confirm whether the amount is stuck in processing or queued for auto-refund
• Credit the amount back to your account or share the official refund timeline/proof

If the problem persists;

• Keep all transaction proofs, screenshots, and complaint reference numbers
• File a complaint on Xolvie to seek fund recovery, tracking, and accountability
