Payment Debited From IPPB But Not Received by Recipient

I made a QR payment using PhonePe on 27-05-2026 for an amount of ₹1999.61 from my India Post Payments Bank (IPPB) account. The payment was made to another person’s PhonePe ID, but the money has not been received on their side even though it has been debited from my IPPB account. The transaction reference/UTR or PhonePe transaction ID for this payment is T2605271318346180851376. Since the payment has not reached the recipient, I am very worried about my money. I request you to kindly check this transaction urgently and process a refund of ₹1999.61 back to my IPPB account as soon as possible. I expect a prompt resolution and clear confirmation regarding the status of this transaction.
