India Post Payments Bank Withdrawal Problem Processing Then Rejected Shown

I have a savings account with India Post Payments Bank, and since yesterday, I have been unable to withdraw my money properly. When I try to withdraw funds, the withdrawal first shows as “processing,” and then it gets rejected. Because of this, I am not able to access my own money. These withdrawal problems started on 4 January, and since then, I have made several attempts on different days and with different amounts, such as 550 INR, 3,600 INR, and now 7,190 INR. Each time, the withdrawal shows as processing and then is rejected, which is causing me serious inconvenience and worry about my funds. In addition, I am trying to withdraw my earnings from the Tashan Win game to my IPPB savings account, but those withdrawals also show “processing” and then get rejected without any error message or clear reason. This situation makes it impossible for me to receive the payments that are supposed to come into my account. I request India Post Payments Bank to urgently check my savings account and the withdrawal system and to fix whatever is causing these repeated rejections, so that I can withdraw my money and receive payments without any errors or failed transactions. I expect my account to work normally and my withdrawals to be processed smoothly.
