Unauthorized Deductions From My Bank Account

I have a serious issue regarding unauthorized deductions from my India Post Payments Bank savings account that I believe are linked to Goa Game. I did not give any permission to Goa Game or to any third party to charge or auto‑debit money from my account, yet amounts have been taken without my consent. On 25 May, an amount of ₹1100 was put on hold from my account, and on 2 June, a further ₹2952 was deducted, making the total amount involved ₹4052. I did not authorize these transactions, and I have never agreed to any cyber complaint or payment instruction related to Goa Game. I contacted India Post Payments Bank about these unauthorized deductions. They informed me that someone has made a cyber complaint against me through a cyber helpline number. I do not know who did this, and I have not done anything to justify such a complaint, so I am extremely worried and confused about how this was used to take money from my account. I request a full refund of ₹4052 to my India Post Payments Bank savings account and a detailed clarification of how these unauthorized debits were made. I also ask that any such future deductions or holds related to Goa Game or any cyber complaint be stopped immediately and that this matter be properly investigated.
